I was waiting for my order about 20 min. The brown sugar bubbles are much sweeter than bubbles from other bubble tea shops, since they're soaked in brown sugar syrup. Vincy Lai, one of the shop's co-founders, tells me they wanted a space with more of a Western design. The Alley welcomes you to watch as we prepare our tapioca from scratch: from the measuring, sifting, and mixing of ingredients to the formation of the pearl-shaped tapioca. They taste similar to the Alley in taiwan and shanghai, but it seems like it's not as good as the ones in asia. It didn't open until after 11 but it was worth the wait!

The line up didn't look long but it waaaaas. I guess we'll see if the hype continues...however, since they have a pretty decent product - I tried a small trio with two types of jelly and boba (I do concur with Justine S.; their boba are on the chewy side) - perhaps it will.They were out of their signature brown sugar milk or soy 'deerioca' tea, so will try that another time. Returned for another visit. Tea was ok but nothing to flip about.

The Deerioca drink is incredible and it even offers a soy milk option so me and my lactose intolerant brother and sisters can still indulge on this genius brown sugar concoction of sweet happiness without the usual side effects (if you know what I mean) :))) Cheers! The drinks are decent. Using fresh milk green tea and served with black sesame deerioca, it's unfussy and smooth. We've been here multiple times and it is no question the best Bubble Tea in the city.

So refreshing! There's a huge parking lot so it's never a hassle to find a spot. However, please note that at 10pm, The Alley becomes a 19+ establishment. I came here 10 minutes after they opened and there were only around 10 people before me. It's your lucky day!! The decorations inside is also exactly like their other locations worldwide. I seriously wish I had one of these in my neighborhood or state or country. The prices are a little high, but I guess that's typical these days. Get comfy in our dining room, or enjoy some food and drink while you bowl! The drinks are made well here and service is fast.
Was going to try this new place today but there was a lineup of about 50 people as they were offering a free bubble tea to the first 100 customers so review will have to wait maybe tomorrow! I couldn't help but notice this new bbtea spot since it was everywhere in IG and always had a long lineup. Great price for how good the tea is! It's essentially milk tea with a blueberry flavour.
